Here you will receive a ready-to-install thermostat including housing and seal. The thermostat should be replaced during service. We have the thermostat for the 996/997 Carrera and 986/987 Boxster from two manufacturers in our range. On the one hand the original from the original manufacturer (Wahler/BorgWarner) and alternatively a "good & cheap" variant.

Borg-Warner Automotive Inc. has been an independent company and well-known automotive supplier since 1993. Gustav Wahler GmbH has been part of BorgWarner since 2014 and can still be found there under the brand name Wahler. Wahler has earned a very good reputation, particularly through the production of extremely precise thermostats and their connections on the engine, which the company continues to more than live up to even after the takeover.
