With incorrectly set roof drives, these gears break. Here you can get original replacement quickly and easily!
User instructions: The gears are the weakest link in the drive train of the Hebedach drive: If the torque coupling of the roof drive is not properly adjusted, the teeth of these gears break out when the roof is unlocked. Make sure that the slip clutch on the engine is set to 6 Nm (+/- 0.5NM) via the counter mother. Only then use the new gears. A couple of exchange is recommended.
Danger: The use of metal tooth wheels is advised urgently. However, these only remove the symptoms the cause of the problem. The resulting overload leads to damage at other points of the drive!
