Description:
If the odometer or hour meter counter on your vehicle has failed, this drive gear in the instrument is usually the cause. Unsuitable materials cause the original gears to fall apart or tear radially. The number of teeth on the instrument drives also varies within a model depending on the engine and gearbox type as well as the differential ratio and country code. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can usually send you the correct tooth configuration directly with the above information.

If you disassemble the speedometer in advance, please note that the shaft of the speedometer needle is very sensitive. Grip the speedometer needle in the center and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently. Friction is all that keeps the needle on the shaft.
