Crankshaft sensor for PORSCHE 924S 944 968 928 from '83- FAE
Made in Spain
Description: The crankshaft sensors measure the crankshaft speed and are well hidden and accessible from above on the flywheel. The pulse generator transmits the engine speed to the DME and is a frequent source of errors when the engine runs irregularly. The reliable and precise function of the pulse generator is particularly important for the engine electronics.
We have both the original Bosch sensor and a proven, true-to-original alternative in our shop. You can also order two encoders there with just one shipping charge.
The 924S and 944 have two of these impulse generators installed. The 928 and 968 only have one pulse generator of this type and one dead center marker installed.
No programming or anything similar is required after the repair.
