Cost-effective repair solution

Description:
This copper sheet allows you to repair the steering column switch on your Porsche.
Over the years, the thin sliding contact often breaks off at the riveted point. This means there is no power connection for the horn. Because such a delicate and thin copper sheet is difficult to cut out by hand, we invested in a punching tool and produced a small series using the punching process.

The contact plate fits the transaxle models Porsche 944 (from '86), 968 and 928, as well as the 964. Because the contact pin of the rivet is continuous, the plate must be soldered on. This way you can save your old steering column switch and save high procurement costs for a new or, even used, expensive turn signal switch.
