Description:
Components in the valve train are subject to high loads at changing temperatures. Controlled by the camshaft, actuation takes place via the rocker arms on the valves.
Clacking / nailing noises, especially when the engine is cold, are signs of worn components in the valve control or incorrectly adjusted valve clearance.
During an engine overhaul or maintenance, worn or damaged components must be replaced immediately to avoid consequential damage.
In addition to intake and exhaust valves for various Porsche models, we have many other engine parts and other spare parts in our range.
