15-k gear for counting works VDO Tacho combination instrument disc gorge
Description:
This 2-component translation is a common source of error on VDO kilometers of various vehicles. The affected VDO drives are installed worldwide in many models of many European, Japanese, American or Australian brands.
The drive consists of 2 gears:
1. A standard gear in the variants E15, E20, E25 (15.20 or 25 teeth)
2. A disc gear which varies the number of teeth and disc size.
The pane gear is available in the following 8 variants:
12-k = 12 teeth on KLeiner pane (disc diameter ~ 15.5mm)
15-K = 15 teeth on KLeiner pane (disc diameter ~ 15.5mm)
15-m = 15 teeth on MIttlerer disc (disc diameter ~ 17.8mm)
15-g = 15 teeth on GRoßer disc (disc diameter ~ 21.8mm)
16-k = 16 teeth on KLeiner pane (disc diameter ~ 15.5mm)
16-m = 16 teeth on MIttlerer disc (disc diameter ~ 17.8mm)
17-K = 17 teeth on KLeiner pane (disc diameter ~ 15.5mm)
17-m = 17 teeth on MIttlerer disc (disc diameter ~ 17.8mm)
We ask you to determine the right variants for you by expanding the combination instrument and control of the gears.
Use the search function in the shop and search for the gear names (e.g. 12-k or E15).
You can simply find out which gear you buy with this offer
The photo may show the front and back, the offer of offer is 1 gear.
Notes:
We have a variety of speedometers for VDO, motometers and other tachos and instruments. Unfortunately, the exact combination (vehicle model for gear variant) cannot be determined for each model, but for the known and most common combinations we have separate offers in the shop.
The purchase of a used speedometer may save the repair, but the risk that the gear will break promptly here too. In particular, storage times and cold temperatures damage the gears.
If you have disassembled the speedometer, the exchange of the light bulbs is also recommended. Over the years, these noticeably lose performance. You are available from every car dealership and accessories business.
Advantages:
Our gears are made of high -quality thermoplastic plastic injections: This enables very good dimensions and an evolvent form of the teeth, which run particularly gently on the partner gear.
If you disassemble the speedometer in advance, please note that the shaft of the speedometer needle is very sensitive. Grab the speedometer needle in the middle and turn clockwise. Pull lightly. Friction is everything the needle keeps on the wave.
