Description:
This special key is required to install Bilstein shock absorbers in a Sachs/Boge shock absorber. The shock absorber has a union nut which is screwed to the spring strut. To do this, the key fits precisely into the nut using the flared pins. This means that the required torque, listed in the instructions included with the shock absorber, can be transmitted.
This tool with an inner diameter of 55mm is suitable for the shock absorbers with item numbers 3926 (set 1960), 3902 (set 1942), 3903 (set 1943) and 3946 (set 1975).
