Description:
Rotary shaft seals are naturally subject to an ageing process and sealing lips become brittle after years. Depending on the installation position and external influences, leaking oil seals are a phenomenon that occurs with varying frequency. Because even high-quality sealing rings are hardly a major cost factor, the installation costs always outweigh the costs of leaks. It is therefore always advisable to replace seals as a precautionary measure as part of other repairs. We offer a wide range of shaft seals for classic and modern Porsches. This oil seal is located on the transmission input shaft behind the clutch. The sealing ring is the same across many model years and vehicle models.
