These hood insulation mats, also known as sound insulation mats, were developed in-house. The insulating mats are produced in Germany to the highest quality standards. They are almost indistinguishable from the originals and are manufactured to fit perfectly. Their advantages: self-adhesive backing, temperature-resistant from -40°C to +150°C, meet the automotive standards for fire protection behavior according to FMVSS302, DIN 75200, precisely fitting design (structure, thickness and shape), original material. The hood insulation results in noticeably less background noise and less radiant heat from the engine compartment. We offer two different variants of hood insulation mats for your VW Corrado. Different hoods were installed before and after the facelift, depending on the year of manufacture. You can order the variants at a reduced price in our webshop under item numbers #1413 or #1414. The insulation mats on offer have an original thickness of 15mm. Our customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
