Instructions for use:
The gear wheels are the weakest link in the drive train of the lifting roof drive: if the torque clutch of the roof drive is not set correctly, the teeth of these gear wheels will break out when the roof is unlocked. Ensure that the slipping clutch on the motor is set to 6 Nm (+/- 0.5 Nm) via the lock nut. Only then should you use the new gear wheels. Replacement in pairs is recommended.

Attention:
The use of metal gearwheels is strongly discouraged. These only eliminate the symptoms but not the cause of the problem. The resulting overload leads to damage in other parts of the drive!
