The Porsche models 996 and 997 as well as 986/987 Boxster and Cayman have a V-ribbed belt that is guided by two (sometimes identical) idler pulleys and a tensioner pulley. These pulleys differ depending on the year of manufacture, transmission type (Tiptronic/manual transmission) and engine type. The 911 turbo generally has a slightly different bracket for the belt tensioner. We have determined the correct idler pulleys and tensioner pulleys for you with complete vehicle specifications. You can purchase the tensioning pulleys and idlers separately or in a set with the corresponding V-belt. Please note that the V-belt also changes depending on the equipment "air conditioning yes/no".
