Description:
This narrow V-belt is for driving the 924S and 944/968 servo pumps on vehicles with servo. The power steering pump is driven by the crankshaft via the V-belt. Replacing the belt is quick and easy using the pump's turnbuckle. Be careful, the tensioners on the power steering pumps are often stuck and heavily rusted. We recommend soaking with rust remover before the key surfaces of the turnbuckle are affected. Make sure the belt tension is correct so that the belt does not whine even in wet conditions and at high steering angles.
